CESC Limited, a flagship company of the RPSG Group, is engaged in electricity generation and distribution in Kolkata and Howrah, West Bengal. It serves approximately 3 million consumers and has expanded operations to Rajasthan under the name CESC Rajasthan.

Carbon Black Manufacturing

Phillips Carbon Black Limited (PCBL), established in 1960, is India’s largest carbon black manufacturer. With a production capacity of 770,000 metric tonnes per annum, PCBL serves customers in over 45 countries and generates 122 MW per hour of green power.

The group’s retail ventures include Spencer’s Retail and Nature’s Basket, catering to diverse consumer needs. In the FMCG sector, RPSG launched ‘Too Yumm!’, a brand offering healthy snacks, and acquired ‘Evita’ to expand its presence in the packaged foods market.

Media and Entertainment

Saregama India Ltd, India’s oldest music label, is part of the RPSG Group. The group also owns Open Magazine, a weekly current affairs publication, and has diversified into film production and digital content under the brand Yoodlee Films.

Firstsource Solutions Limited, a subsidiary of RPSG Group, provides business process management services across various sectors, including banking, financial services, and healthcare.

RPSG Group owns the IPL cricket team Lucknow Super Giants and the ISL football team Mohun Bagan Super Giant. In February 2025, the group acquired a 70% majority stake in the Manchester Originals franchise of The Hundred competition in England.
